Job Description
As a Procurement Specialist at Amrocor, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing the best quality materials and services at the most competitive prices. You will negotiate contracts, build strong relationships with suppliers, and ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability.
- Review and analyze supply chain practices to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
