Generac 200-Amp Automatic Smart Transfer Switch w/ Power Management

The Generac 200-Amp Automatic Transfer Switch with Power Management is compatible with Evolution or Nexus generator controllers and is designed for standard installation. It requires a sub-panel for overload protection and features Digital Power Management Technology (DPM), which helps the generator operate more efficiently. The switch cycles power on and off as needed for different appliances and can manage up to four individual HVAC loads without requiring additional hardware. It is particularly suitable for homes with multiple air conditioners that are controlled by 24 VAC. The system supports up to eight Smart Management Modules (SMM), which are sold separately, and includes a frequency monitoring design that eliminates the need for control wires. With its versatile design, it easily prioritizes loads and locks out non-essential ones. The switch is rated NEMA 3R for both indoor and outdoor use, housed in a steel, wall-mountable weather-proof enclosure with a gray electrostatically applied and baked powder coating paint. It is intended for use only with Generac generators, features an open transition load transition type, and has a withstand rating of 10,000 amps with a lug range of 250 MCM to #6.
